Glass Vegas is produced by Las Vegas Management, the company that has produced the Glass Craft & Bead Expo in Las Vegas for 22 years. Las Vegas Management also produced the International Hot Glass Invitational in 2009, bringing together artists from around the world for the largest team flame off ever held. Las Vegas Management’s goal is to provide professional show management in a great destination city.
It is our duty to take care of and support the community that has been so kind to us. The charity pick for our inaugural year is #TeamBob. Bob lost his fight in September, but we are still supporting #TeamBob and announcing the Team Bob Injured Artist Fund. Glass work and live painted art will be part of the silent auction at the show, part of the proceeds will go to Bob’s family to help offset medical bills and final expenses. The balance will be set up in an ongoing fund for injured artists, who can apply to Glass Vegas for assistance. You can help too. Just by coming to the show, you are doing your part. Rules:
• There is a $25 per piece entry fee, please bring in cash or check, we won’t have credit card processing in this area
• Entries must be brought to the Westgate on Monday, February 6 between 12 Noon and 6 pm to be installed in the showcases
• First come, first displayed until the cases are full
• Artists do not have to be exhibitors to enter the competition, but must register at the show as Artists to obtain an entry badge
• Each entry must be completed by one artist, no collaborations
• Winners will be announced on Wednesday, February 8, 2017
• All entries must be picked up after 4:20pm but before 6:30pm on Wednesday, February 8, 2017

Glass Vegas is being held in the Ballroom at the Westgate Resort, 3000 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109.
Load in begins at 10 AM on Monday February 6 and you must be set up by 6:30 PM to open at 7PM.
You and your staff must pick up your badges first at Registration, which opens at 8:30 AM, so security will allow you in to set up.
You can bring your product in through the hotel and into the front doors of the ballroom, or you can unload and come in through the loading dock in the back of the hotel, south side. You can access the unnamed road between the Westgate and the Las Vegas Convention Center either from Paradise or Joe W. Brown, please consult the map below, dock is the triangular shaped area highlighted in yellow. Please unload quickly and move your vehicle so others can do the same. There is both a ramp and a dock so you can unload out of your car or the back of a box truck.

Glass.Vegas is a flurry with the excitement that the live art of Jimmy Ovadia can bring to our art and artist convention. Jimmy will be live painting on stage and donating his art to our charity of choice this inaugural year; Team Bob. Catch him on stage during live music, get up close and personal on the bus between us and CHAMPS and talk the abstract with him at one of our convention floor bars.
Jimmy's painting is directed toward an abstract surrealistic art that visually unites the body, mind, soul and spirit. It elucidates and enlightens the individual and the world around them.
